This policy explains what personal information we collect through signaturstudio.com and through the private social publishing tool we use for our own accounts, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and project forms: your name, email address, company or website, and what you want automated, plus anything else you write.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Booking a call: your name, email and the details you enter on our scheduling page.
- Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.
Collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring page, approximate location, device and browser type, and your IP address, through Google Analytics 4 and our server logs.
- Cookies: small files that help the site work and measure how it is used (see section 5).
We do not ask for payment card details, government IDs or sensitive personal information on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy terms:
- Website hosting
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): site usage statistics
- Newsletter delivery service provider
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. Some providers process data outside your country; where that happens we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-7LX2GJQF75). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Part B: Our social publishing tool
6. What the tool is
Signatur Studio uses a private publishing tool to schedule and publish its own content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. It connects through the platforms’ official developer APIs (Meta Platform, LinkedIn API and Google’s YouTube API Services). It is an internal tool for our own accounts. It is not offered to the public and does not collect information from website visitors or customers.
What it accesses when the account owner connects an account, limited to what the platform’s login screen and permissions allow:
- Basic profile and account details: account name, ID and profile picture.
- Pages and professional accounts: the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts the owner manages.
- Publishing permissions: publishing posts, Reels, videos and images with their captions, descriptions, thumbnails and scheduling, and posting comments on the connected accounts.
- Basic performance data: counts such as views, likes and comments on content published through the tool.
- Access tokens: the credentials each platform issues so the tool can act for the owner.
It does not read or send private messages, and does not read data about other people’s accounts.
How it is used and stored. Only to publish, schedule, comment on and report on our own content on our own accounts. Not for advertising, profiling, selling data, building lists, or training artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The tool runs on our own computer; account details, tokens, scheduled posts and uploaded media are stored there and are not shared with third parties. Content is sent only to the platform it is published to. If an optional third-party service is ever enabled, we will update this policy first.
Platform compliance.
- Meta: use of data received from Meta follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- LinkedIn: use of data received from LinkedIn follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
- Google and YouTube: our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and project emails: [e.g. up to 3 years after the last contact], or longer if we work together.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: [e.g. 14 months], the retention period set in Google Analytics.
- Server logs: [e.g. up to 90 days].
- Publishing tool: access tokens and account details only while an account is connected; scheduled posts and uploaded media until we delete them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict some uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@signaturstudio.com and we will respond within [30] days. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us.
9. Revoking access and deleting data
You can disconnect the publishing tool at any time, which ends its access:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find the app, and choose Remove.
- LinkedIn: Settings and Privacy, then Data Privacy, then Permitted Services, find the app, and choose Remove.
- Google and YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find the app, and choose Remove Access.
- In the tool: deleting a connected channel erases its stored tokens and account details.
Data deletion request: to ask us to delete any information we hold about you, from the website or the publishing tool, email hello@signaturstudio.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS, access controls, and keeping the publishing tool’s credentials on our own protected computer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
The site and the tool are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Links to other sites
The site links to our social profiles and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
13. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
